We are proud to offer free shipping worldwide on all orders. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we aim to deliver your Moroccan sink as efficiently as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking details so you can monitor its journey to you.

However, do note that we do not deliver to po boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports andjurongisland.

• International delivery time - 5-8 business days

Returns
At MoroccanSink.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

How to Return Your Item:

• Contact our customer service team to initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your sink.
• Return your item to the nearest drop-off location specified in your return confirmation email.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Important Notes:

• Items must be returned in their original condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
• If the Package has been received Damadeg or defective Upon arrival , We will Send a replacement the same Days .

Order status and tracking

All orders placed from monday to friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse.

This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.
